JIUJITSU AND MOVEMENT
Great coaching and training! I was in town visiting family and dropped in for No Gi on Thursday and Gi on Friday and was immediately welcomed by the owner and black belt Jeff along with his students that were there. The classes were great where Jeff gave very good instruction and had great attention to detail. He even took the time after rolling to answer some of my questions on how he was executing some techniques during our roll. The rolls I had with his students were great! They are there to train and get better and you can feel that in the roll. No one was trying to hurt me or go crazy and prove themselves, everyone was just getting some solid good training in. Very good and welcoming training environment, and anytime I am back in the area this is the place I will be training at and recommending.

Took my first class here today. Setting it up was super easy, and the class was very smooth. Coach Jeff is an incredible instructor who is super nice and very passionate. He was super detailed with every instruction and helped make everything make sense. If you’re in the area and want to train BJJ, this is definitely the place.

I have 2 kids in classes at mindstate. Absolutely stellar coaching and patience. Great business model and happy we found this gym.

My son and daughter saw a flyer and wanted to try Jiu Jitsu. I figured it would be a two time thing and they would grow bored of it. Man was I wrong. They started working with the team at MindState Jiu Jitsu and became quickly obsessed . The team there is great at getting the kids excited about learning a skill that can be extremely technical and difficult. The facility is clean and welcoming and we are extremely happy we happen to stumble upon Mindstate Jiu Jitsu.
