Very friendly atmosphere! Open for everyone and a chill place to train BJJ and Muay Thai with nice people!

With the MAC there is a wonderful place in the south of Hamburg for different martial arts, whether as a beginner or advanced. A lot of emphasis is placed on respectful interaction, because it's not about who is bigger or stronger and can knock out a person faster. It's about meeting each other as equals, learning technology properly and remaining fair and solidarity-based. The owner works a lot to ensure that this gym is a place where people can have a good time together. I don't want to miss that anymore for Muay Thai.

I don't know where to start, this gym is definitely not for athletes who have a sincere passion for martial arts and ABSOLUTELY not for people who are ambitious when it comes to martial arts. Here you will get hit on by the gym owner if you actually touch your training partners in sparring instead of just hitting them for cover, you get dirty looks for a quick guard pass and if you ask your training partners if they have any experience with martial arts to know who you have in front of you, the owner just shakes his hand in front of his face. However, if you're a Flintaq+ lgbtqiabcdefg+ person who just wants to feel like they're doing martial arts, you've come to the right place. Here you will meet inclusive antifa, but not active fighters. A feel-good atmosphere is created for the left-wing clientele, but real fighters are scared away. I only give the second star because, in addition to the gym owner, there is a second trainer who tries his best to offer good training under the owner's agenda. Emphasis on tried. P.S. I have trained in many gyms in Hamburg and have been doing martial arts for years. In my opinion, the owner does not have a skill level that is suitable for being the head of a martial arts gym. If someone just has the next possible belt after the white belt, should they really open their own martial arts school? I don't know, make up your own mind or not
