I have been training over martial arts including box, thai box, and MMA for years with different instructors both in private lessons and in group lessons. Cesario is the most professional and the best deep-dive technique master so far I have trained/worked with. He is a very dedicated instructor and is very responsible professional about teaching. Cesario teaches not only the body dynamics of techniques but also teaches how they get better with correct positioning and physics rules underlying (momentum, balance and more). Also, he pushes his students to have a professional fighter level condition/technique/strength/mind-set standards. Besides, he is a true master of his dojo and truly cares for his students, it is not about money for him, he likes fighting discipline from heart as a lifestyle. I have been attending again both group lessons and private lessons with Cesario for more than 1 year already. I’d recommend training with Cesario if you want to experience a professional fighter training.
Posted 10 months agoAs an avid enthusiast of mixed martial arts (MMA), I eagerly ventured into Martial Arts Academy Amsterdam. with high hopes of honing my skills and joining a supportive community. Unfortunately, my experience at this establishment left me utterly dismayed and disheartened. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was bombarded with aggressive sales tactics from the owner, who seemed more interested in emptying my wallet than nurturing my passion for the sport. The first red flag emerged when I was pressured into signing a lengthy contract before even stepping onto the mat. The owner's relentless pushiness made it clear that he cared more about securing long-term financial commitments than fostering a genuine interest in MMA. Upon deciding not to continue with the classes, I found myself entangled in a web of deceitful tactics orchestrated by the owner. Despite my clear intention to withdraw, retrieving my money proved to be an arduous task. The owner's aggressive demeanor and refusal to issue a refund served as a stark reminder of the hazards lurking within this establishment. All in all, I warn you. DO NOT GO HERE.
Posted 11 months agoI have been training here for almost an year. The training is very practical for development of fighting techniques (MMA & BJJ). The coach is a straightforward person and helped me teaching the fundamentals. I met fantastic people during the training and had chance to train with them and learnt a lot from them.
Posted 11 months agoI have been training for the last 3 years at this academy and I can assure that the teacher is a honest and professional person. He will give you everything he knows in order to make you a stronger person. I have been playing football for over 30 years and I can definitely say that I found an healthy sportive environment where you must work hard and believe in yourself in order to achieve your goals in life. Going to the academy has helped me several times to overcome down moments. The teacher does not lie to you, never, on the other hand it might appear hard just because he wants to prepare mentally and physically you to have a good session training. I am 52 years old, father of 3 daughters, working for ING and the last thing I wish for myself is to get injured. I can guarantee you that I got in a nasty way more often injured by running after a ball then in the last 3 year by training At this school.
Posted 2 years agoThe right place to learn in a professional way martial arts, specifically MMA and BJJ. The teacher is a very straight forward person, he will try to handover his knowledge and his passion concerning fighting disciplines in a honest way. The best way besides any word is to come to the school for a trial lesson and experience yourself a healthy environment where you can have a fun while sweating your shirt. You will meet a lot of nice students.
