  I'm new to Luta Livre. In a short time, I've discovered it offers powerful conceptual insights that complement and sometimes challenge traditional BJJ. Currently, in this regard, Luta Livre Montréal is a 'Best Kept Secret'. Mat time (rolling) is important but so are principles and technique. Ever felt rushed through technique, deprived of repetitions, or missing the fine tuning? At Luta Livre Montreal, those days are over. Professor Cédric has a novel focus on training. As a result, I've learned and applied principles and techniques faster than anywhere else. I was blown away. I feel like one class is like three anywhere else. Cedric keeps the classes small and runs them longer than most gyms. As a result, you feel like almost every class is a private lesson. Take your game to new level, break out of your bubble, but ... shhh (BKS). Don't tell!
