Really nice friendly people and super helpful. I trained in many schools and this is by far my favorite gym.The gym is super clean with nice showers is a huge plus instruction is top notch and overall I just had a lot of fun can’t wait to come back. They have made me think a lot during my techniques is why I believe it’s called logic bjj you def need to have some logic can’t wait to return. ❤️ 🥋

I cannot express my gratitude enough for Logic. My daughter has trained for a few years, but when she began training at Logic it was as though all the puzzle pieces finally came together. Exceptional staff, from the front desk to the coaches. Every single person in there works together and you can tell just by the environment. The owners, Kristian and Brandi Woodmansee, listen to their students and customers. They provide a location that’s clean, welcoming, safe for both men and women, and jam packed with knowledgeable people. They also include a small corner with coloring books and activities for children waiting on parents or younger siblings. They truly cover all the bases. I would recommend this Academy to anyone looking in the Philly area.

I attended Logic while traveling for work. My goal was to find a place where I could put real training in for the evening, with invested instruction, at a gym that didn’t make me feel like an outsider. I also wanted a place to spar. Let me start by saying, I plan to go back. The instruction was spot on, I had teachers coming up to me suggesting updates to my technique- it felt like I was receiving 1:1 instruction at times. When it got to sparring, I felt motivated and like I was part of the team, the owner, Kristian, made sure of it by reminding everyone there was a guest (thank you). As a female who trains, it’s not always easy to find gyms that are welcoming, and Logic was. The time there was legit (and tough) training, just what I was hoping for. I trained hard at logic, and enjoyed every second of it. Also, the facility is clean and the women’s locker rooms are right in. Until next time, thank you.

Moved to Philly and made it a personal goal to get back into Jiu Jitsu after 3 years off the mats. I've been training at Logic for 6 months and I can't emphasize enough how this has been the best decision I've made in a while. Kristian, Dennis, Kyle, Morgan, Craig, and Kanaan all create a supportive environment in which you set the goals and they push you, mentor you, and hold you accountable for them. The facilities are the best I've trained in, I love the sense of community amongst rolling partners, and the online platform (logicbjjonline.com) is a great complement/expansion to the concepts taught in class.

If you're looking for a martial arts facility where training and progress is taken seriously then you'll find no better place in Philly. The instructors are talented and professional, and the facility is modest but impressive.
