  Very neat and clean facilities. All the teachers are very well trained and have a great professional background. I recommend 100%. The schedules are also great and the bjj classes are the best in all of Valencia.

  Gym divided into 2 training areas; one area to do cardio, tables and circuits with teachers, and the other area to do a very good variety of contact sports and martial arts. Very clean facilities with lockers. It has differentiating values ​​compared to other gyms, such as having bicycle parking inside, having personalized attention from the instructors that makes you gain confidence to meet the objectives with which you go to the gym. You feel part of a family.

  Despite not having previous experience with martial arts, I have managed to adapt without problems thanks to Joao's teaching. In addition, there is a good atmosphere of camaraderie with the rest of the athletes who care about teaching beginners. The space is clean and cared for.
