  If I could go back in time, I would go back and start BJJ at a younger age. Life BJJ has been such an amazing experience for me, all the benefits of self defence, exercise and having loads of fun in one hour. The coaching is great, the venue is clean and the people are super welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend for all ages.

  I have been training under Professor Bernardo Magalhaes for over a decade and during that time I have learnt many new skills. I started as a white belt like many others and have achieved the rank as a brown belt. I have made many new friends and fought many battles with those same friends and never regretted one day of it. Thank you Professor, thank you Life BJJ and thank you Ju-Jitsu.

  Built On Water (Marc Steen)

  Excellent gym environment for everyone, beginner or advanced, hobbyist or competitor. Coaches are always there to assist with anything you need and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in Jiu Jitsu that is second to none. Would recommend Life BJJ to anyone.
