  We LOVEEEEE legends! My son (6yrs old) had been doing BJJ for 3 years elsewhere and we needed a change for his growth and his passion for the sport and since starting at legends, his on fire! His confidence has skyrocketed, his skills and technique have dramatically improved and his made some really amazing friendships! The coach’s are firm with amazing positive reinforcement, grounding the kids whilst also keeping the kids busy and engaged. If you havnt found your bjj gym yet, do your self a favor and join legends!

  Highly recommend! The Team here at Legends are an amazing and dedicated group with high level competition programs and the Jiu-jitsu academy is great for your child to learn the basics and fundamentals of anti bullying, self confidence and most of all having fun. The Professors are from Professor Chris Sales line so you know they are indeed the real deal when it comes to knowledge and understanding of BJJ. Book your journey with them and bring your friends and family too.

  I recently joined Legends at Rouse hill after some time off. I took my time to find a place with knowledgeable coaches and a welcoming environment. My son has recently started his BJJ journey at Legends. I was really impressed with the coaches, how engaging they make it for the kids and the level of jiu jitsu they’re able to teach them. If you’re looking for a great place to train with good vibes, various styles of BJJ and no ego then this is it.

  These guys are the best BJJ training gym ever, I highly recommend them, instructors are amazing, the group is friendly, the morale of the gym is definitely in the top end, you'll never feel left out and everyone of every level will help you achieve your ju jitsu goals or will eventually figure a way to help you with what your comfortable with if you still can't do it. They also have some of the most fun programs e.g. state of origin fight night and more. It's not a regular BJJ gym, everyone is laid back and friendly and the instructors are eager to see you achieve your goals and see improvement. Keep up the good work Legends Rouse Hill, definitely making a difference in this community.

  Wonderful coaches for kids and adults. In kids classes they have a great ratio of kids to adults which ensures all kids are engaged. Reasonably priced and so welcoming that I've considered joining myself.
