great experience and as a beginner you will be welcomed by teacher and other students no matter the level. Foreigner friendly and english friendly and just friendly in general. But be ready to put some hard work in, bjj is no joke 😉

I called in to go for a test/try-out BJJ session and was told it was okay to come by on that day. Upon changing and getting into my sports clothes, I was then told that classes today were cancelled because there were seminars. Perhaps the instructor could've communicated that on the phone? Pretty disappointing considering the fact it took me just shy of an hour to get to the place.

Here is a very good gym for BJJ and Muay Thai .Classes are excellent！
