Outstanding sensei!!!! VERY knowledgeable! I've been on the receiving end of one of his 1,000 holds so I know what I'm talking about!

Great detailed instruction in a friendly environment. Coach Jarod had years of experience training and competing in jiu jitsu and teaching adults and kids classes before starting his own academy.
