Krav Oz is truly exceptional! From day one, I felt welcomed, challenged, and supported. Ehren and Chantell are outstanding instructors — they bring a rare combination of deep expertise, real-world experience, and genuine passion for helping every student grow. Ehren’s leadership and attention to detail build real-world skills that are both practical and empowering, while Chantell’s energy and encouragement bring out your best even when you didn’t know you had more to give. The community they’ve built at Krav Oz is positive, motivating, and completely professional. Whether you’re training for fitness, self-defense, or personal growth, you won’t find a better place. I’m grateful to have been a part of it and can’t recommend Krav Oz highly enough!

Be very cautious before signing up at Krav Oz. While the instructors are decent, the business practices are incredibly disappointing and borderline predatory. I found out after moving unexpectedly for personal reasons that my contract had auto-renewed for a full year without any clear notice Despite explaining my situation, I was hit with $159 charges for both June and July *plus* a 20% cancellation fee for the rest of the year—totaling over$500. All to end a membership that was no longer viable to use. For a small business that claims to care about its community, their lack of flexibility and empathy was shocking. If you’re considering joining, be absolutely sure you won't have any unexpected life changes because they will hold you to every line of the fine print, no matter how inaccessible or buried it may be. This gym isn’t just about training it's about contracts, fees, and squeezing money wherever they can.

I highly recommend training at Krav Oz. This is my third year here. I've been to other gyms before and have attended drop-in classes at other gyms (during holidays or travels) after joining KO and talked to several members who (themselves or their kids) have been training at KO for over 5 years. So I can give some perspective on what makes KO stand out. KO has a clean facility, well-organized teaching curriculum, skilled and certified instructors, different types of self defense and fitness classes. They regularly bring in well-renowned instructors to teach Muy Thai, BJJ, and Knife Control Concept seminars. While Combat sports are intrinsically risky, at KO they emphasize training safely (teaching us how to protect ourselves and our partners). Most importantly, I liked the community. The staff pleasantly greets you when you enter KO. If you are new to KO, they'll introduce you to other members. KO also organizes UFC watch parties, holiday parties and socials around the area, which helps build connections outside of training. Members too are welcoming. I've made some good friends here. We train together, motivate each other during difficult exercises or days when you don't feel like working out. Folks here genuinely care about your progress. Having a fun, supportive and safe environment at KO has helped me stay consistent in my training, learn self defense and improve my fitness. Stop by for a tour of the facility, take a drop-in class, talk to members and decide for yourself if it's the right fit for you. If it isn’t the right fit, I think the staff might even suggest you a gym that better suits your (training/schedule) needs.

The best self-defense instruction around. Family-friendly training center with expert instruction in Krav, Jiu Jitsu, sparring and fitness. No pressure so you can proceed at your own pace. Also, no creeps tolerated and clean facilities. Highly, highly recommend.

KO isn't just another self-defense or fitness program - it's a premise where you empower yourself, build confidence, and reset your daily life. While it's seen as a self-defense program, it offers much more. At KO, you're in control. You can join high-intensity fitness classes, learn practical self-defense techniques, delve into the KJJ philosophy, and discover ways to overcome opponents and the pressures of daily life. Plus, you can take it down a notch, de-stress, and prepare your mind and body for the week ahead with a rejuvenating yoga class. You'll have access to all this and more, meet friendly and dedicated people, and be guided by top-notch, experienced instructors who are eager to share their knowledge and support you every step of the way. Ehren, Chantell, Liz, Cathy, Karen, Mardin, Shawn, and the whole team will always be there with a welcoming smile, making you feel like part of the family. I've tried all the classes available that my level of proficiency allows, and each time, I walk away with new knowledge, making me excited for the next one. It's not just a typical gym session; it's a complete mind, body, and soul experience. Getting involved with KO has been one of my greatest choices in 2024 so far. If you need a sign to take the first step, here it is - look no further! P.s. The facility is super duper clean!!
