Best Martial arts Club & Fitness center in North Karachi. Very well known for basic and advance self defense techniques learning. Owner of gym Sir Jawad is very helpful person .. Female can avail female instructor in there specific timing.. Highly recommend..

K.o mma (knock out mixed martial arts) it is a training center for martial arts under the supervision of sir jawad khan. This club is is having a good reputation in area. Weight lifting. Fighting skills and many other exercises are included in there syllabus.
