Had the best time here ! Started my jiu jitsu journey with a great learning environment , passionate people , pristinely white studio kept very nice and tidy with showers available . The coach is a master of his forte and you will forget how much time has passed because the classes are kept very lighthearted and interesting. Great place for women looking to practice martial arts .
Posted a month agoFantastic place. I think this is the only place I consistently go back to because it’s fun. I also realized I don’t like when the classes end! That’s a first. They’ve built a great center here and you can tell they like working with each other and the clients (adults and kids) love coming here. Highly recommend.

The instructors are not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and accommodating, making sure that new learners like myself feel welcome and supported. The training partners are also very helpful and encouraging. It's a great environment for anyone looking to start or continue their BJJ journey, regardless of skill level. Highly recommend Knots and Collar to anyone interested in BJJ, as well as boxing and kickboxing.

Posted 5 months agoI am a complete fan of this place. My son loves it here. Teachers are extremely sensitive to the capabilities of every child, and hence the sessions feel safe and enjoyable, both for kids and parents. There is a good mix of group play and individualized attention. There is a lot of learning through play, and concepts such as team building, leadership are taught in innovative ways. Kudos to Binish, Karneet, Aksa, Prabhjot, Sarthak and the teachers for their efforts.
