  The self-defense course for women is highly recommended. Kai is a very good instructor, and you are well guided through the course and learn effective self-defense techniques.   The Yushinkan martial arts school offers a wide range of classes with various styles and approaches (martial arts/combat sports/fitness). Great emphasis is placed on an inclusive and respectful group atmosphere and the quality transfer of knowledge and skills. This makes it a comfortable place for people with a wide variety of goals (competition, fitness improvement, self-defense skills, etc.).
