The coaches are truly amazing, making learning BJJ and grappling both fun and incredibly informative. The facility is top-notch, especially the comfortable spring floor. I've learned so much and felt so welcomed. If you're looking to learn grappling in Omaha, Kaizen is the place to be!
Posted 11 months agoI am so happy to be a part of this amazing gym. Grappling can be very tough to understand at first especially if you are a foreigner. Zach is a great instructor and very patient, other experienced members are very helpful too. 10/10.
Posted 1 year agoClean top notch mat system that allows for easy training with great partners and coaches. One of the best No-Gi grappling locations in the area. 5/5 Would recommend dropping in if you’re in the area to train!
Posted 1 year agoBeautiful gym and amazing environment. The instructors have so much knowledge an love for submission grappling as a whole. From the moment i entered the gym i could tell the people who put this whole thing together take a lot pride in what they do. This isn’t just another jiujitsu gym. This is the place to be if you want to be surrounded by smart, hardworking, dedicated individuals.
