  I highly recommend the Monday class at Kaizen VUB. You'll probably be welcomed by Francisco, a very professional, technique oriented, caring and most of all...funny teacher. He sometimes even teaches us some Portuguese terms : so, BJJ + Portuguese class = who says better? See you on the mat!
