  More than an academy, Kaizen BJJ is a state of mind. Mauro and Robert give the best out of themselves to teach this demanding sport and make us grow. The atmosphere is benevolent and welcoming, and the long-term goal is to develop a deep understanding of jiu-jitsu. I was not sure to be made for BJJ when starting, but Mauro's and Robert's passion, excellence, and continuous mentoring convinced me. Kaizen BJJ is now an integral part of my life and I am disappointed if I cannot go training. Since the beginning, I have seen big improvements in the teaching methods, and fantastic instructors, guests, and fellow students joining the academy. I am very glad to be part of this journey.

  Great place to train and they openly welcome visitors! Everyone here is friendly and you'll get some great training in. I was visiting Belgium for the first time and dropped by for a class. Really great experience and highly recommended to all locals and visitors! Top level instruction and students!

  Amazing academy to pratice this beautiful art! Currently 6 classes per week, providing the ability to learn from different instructors and professors. All members are friendly people, no egos, great atmosphere with respect, helping each other progress. Everybody is more than welcome for a trial class!

  I recently started training here. I've been doing several martial arts since I was young and I have to say that Kaizen is really worth the while. The atmosphere is encouraging with a touch of humour, the standards are high (but people are patient) and the club and teachers are very welcoming!
