  I started my Jiu-Jitsu journey at Gracie Barra Saint-Laurent at the end of last year and fell in love with the process. Learning both sport BJJ and self-defense makes the journey even more rewarding. The environment is safe, the community is friendly, and the knowledge exchange is incredible. Whether you need to build confidence or learn humility, you'll find it here. I highly recommend taking advantage of the free trial class - I'm convinced it was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time.

  Gracie Barra Saint-Laurent is an exceptional jiu-jitsu academy for kids and adults, whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner. While there are many BJJ gyms to choose from, it's the dedicated coaching staff and the entire gym community that truly sets this academy apart. Professor Demetre and all the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely invested in their students' jiu-jitsu journey. They have cultivated a culture of camaraderie, teamwork, and respect, creating a welcoming environment for everyone. I initially enrolled my daughters for self-defense, and after seeing how much fun they were having, how quickly they were learning, and how active they were becoming, I decided to join as well. Now, we're all hooked! If you're looking for a supportive and top-quality place to train, I highly recommend Gracie Barra Saint-Laurent!

  If I could , i would give 10 out of 5 stars!!! Very friendly people , nice teachers such as Dmitry , Fred and Mike ! Very clean dojo with an excellent service ! Perfect atmosphere , they are giving also kids courses which is awesome in my opinion . Its been 4 month im coming regularly and ive never seen any type of menace or disrespect . If you are a white belt , couches will be patient to you and will encourage you to practice your moves and improving your skills . In general i would say that its the best jiujitsu gym in quebec with incredible atmosphere and awesome teachers who will never leave you alone !
