  Great place if you wanna compete in boxing,bjj or MMA.coach ishtiak has great knowledge in boxing and grappling and knows well how to put them together. Though it's a small gym you still get quality training. and what I liked about this gym is that the environment is very relaxed, you don't have to be highly formal and couch is a funny dude and fun to be around with. But that doesn't mean training isn't serious, no the training is brutal!! Just looking at my seniors made me tired. I don't go there anymore because i moved to another martial art, I was on the MMA program and there's nothing wrong with it just isn't for me ( though I might come back in the future). From my experience being there I would highly recommend training here. I learnt more about what works and what doesn't being there. So overall if your interested in boxing, bjj and MMA I would suggest attending at least one class.

  I recently attended a complimentary Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class here, and it exceeded all my expectations.Head Coach Ashique Bhaiya demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism and friendliness. His teaching methods were exceptional, making the class both engaging and educational. I highly recommend this program to anyone interested in learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA.   I ventured into boxing looking for a good coach and am very grateful to God to come by Mr. Ishtiak. He's grounded in the knowledge of boxing and MMA, and within just two months of training has been able to build me up to win my first fight. His training methods are rigorous and efficient. I highly recommend this gym for anyone interested in learning boxing or MMA

  The coach Mr. Ishtiak is an amazing coach. He puts really a lot of effort to make us learn every technique. The environment of Invictus is very friendly which makes the training time enjoyable.

  Invictus is the best gym to learn MMA in Bangladesh for sure. Professional coach with proper guideline and has a friendly environment. Unlike the other gyms it's very much non commercial and their priority is to make fighters, not money. Glad to be a part of it :) Would definitely suggest to join it 🌚💙
