Great group of people, very friendly and open and the most important thing very skilled. I had many coaches throughout my life and Chris is by far the best coach I have ever had. I would recommend to everyone you won't regret it. If you want a friendly place to hang out and do some jiu-jitsu or compete and take you jiu-jitsu to the next level this is the place for you.

I'm absolutely thrilled with BJJ training! The instructors are not only highly skilled, but also very patient and motivating. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, you immediately feel at home here and receive individual support. The atmosphere is informal, respectful, and challenging at the same time—just the right mix! Technique, fitness, and fun are definitely not neglected. You can tell that the teaching here is carried out with passion and experience. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to learn and grow in a strong team! 💪🥋
