My son Alfie trained here for 2 weeks while we were on holidays from Ireland. He was made feel so welcome. He was thrilled to find such an excellent gym to keep up his training. Thanks to all the staff,we will be back hopefully.

Moved from NZ over a year ago and was referred to Integrated MMA from my Professor in NZ. Coach Adrian is well respected and also gives such a sense of belonging. Stepping into a new combat space was nerve racking but all those feelings disappeared once I was on the mats. The coaches and members are super friendly (no egos) and definitely make you feel like a part of the team. This made my decision so easy to want to stay. I also suffered a severe injury on the mats last year and the support has been amazing. I've only recently returned and it's like I never left. Absolutely recommend Integrated MMA if you're looking for a supportive team who push & encourage you along the way. High level grappling & striking. You will not be disappointed.

Nearly 10 years here and would never want to train anywhere else. Life has taken me away from here at times but Integrated always brings me back. Always so welcoming and the coaches drive the culture of continuous improvement.

This gym is a standout around Brisbane. You actually learn real skills here, not just going through the motions. The membership is week-to-week with no lock-in, which makes it easy to get started without overcommitting. They’ve got all levels covered too, from beginners to more experienced fighters. If you’ve been thinking about it, just give it a go. It could genuinely change things for you. Definitely one of the best around.

Walked into this gym as an absolute novice not knowing the first thing about fighting or mma feeling well out of my comfort zone. From the start Adrian and all the coaches and fighters here have given so much support and encouragement and I wish I had started sooner. Been at this gym several times a week for three years now and highly highly recommend it to anybody wanting to take those first steps or level up to the elite. We are lucky to have such world class coaching in Brisbane.

Integrated MMA Stafford is a 5 star gym. Quality fighters, quality trainers, quality facility. Adrian Pang is an absolute champion in and out of the ring. Such an accomplished, driven, hard working, honourable man. Much respect to him, his gym, the coaches and everyone who walks through those doors. Adrian and the other coaches are easy going and approachable with years of experience and credentials behind them. You truly are in the best hands there. The students who show up are all so friendly, engaging and just eager to learn the combat arts. The weekly timetable is structured very well and the classes are fun, energetic and you learn so much! I always leave a class feeling accomplished, ecstatic and positive. Every class feels like you level up. The facility has everything you need and also the hygiene, cleanliness and safety is top notch. A lot of time, effort, energy, love and care has been put it to this place and it shows. Would recommend to anyone at any skill level to join Integrated MMA. Cannot speak highly enough of this place. So much value at such little cost, There really is no excuse to go try it out for yourself.

Been training for a while there and its a great gym! Adrian's friendly and the culture is very good whether your new or want to compete. Good focus on blending striking, bjj and wrestling. Good wrestling. Highly recommend if your looking!

Great MMA gym with knowledgeable coaches and a supportive training environment. The classes are well structured and suitable for different skill levels, from beginners to more experienced members. The team culture is welcoming, and the workouts are both challenging and rewarding. It can get busy at peak times, but overall it's an excellent place to train and improve your skills.
