  This is a very down to earth place to train with an amazing instructor, and a really positive group to be around. The Ice House is an amazing place to start your marital arts journey, wether you're looking to broaden your skill set, or just wanting to try a very practical martial art to get in shape and have fun. I can't recommend this school enough. I've been coming here for 3 years, and it's been rock solid the whole time.

  The Ice House is a great place to train and work out. I originally started going there to just learn some new techniques and ended up gaining a huge passion for the sport of Jiu-jitsu. The coach(es), like Grant Gaither, are very knowledgeable in their field and take time to help everyone succeed. It is a real family friendly environment and I am very thankful to have such awesome teammates. 5☆ all the way!!!

  The Ice House is a welcoming environment that is full of knowledgeable grapplers. I run Platte River Judo, which is also in Casper. When students ask me about cross training in BJJ, I send them over to the Ice House. I also train there, as a student, in order to improve my own grappling game.

  This club has been a great and friendly environment to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu! If you are looking for knowledgeable instructors, a friendly environment, self defense, or just a great workout! This is a great place to start!

  Icehouse is one of the best schools in the region/state. I have been one of Grant gaither's students for years and not only is he a knowledgeable Brazilian jiujitsu instructors he is also a good teacher.
