This is any martial artists dream gym. It has everything you need to complete your training and more! The owners are so welcoming and friendly, so even in your first day or as a drop in, you’re going to feel right at home. There’s no other gym in the area I’d rather train at. Had the pleasure of training here for 4 months when I was on exchange. Corey and all the coaches were very welcoming and accommodating. There was a great culture in the gym and all the students were friendly and there was no elitism. The coaching was very high quality and high level. 10/10 would recommend to anyone of any level of experience.
I recently had the pleasure of training here with Corey and some of the guys while visiting on vacation from the states. The facility is clean, inviting, and has training partners of all levels. Highly recommend checking out this gym. 5 out of 5 stars for me on every front! Will absolutely be returning in the future 👍
Since I have come to Kingston Chris and Janet have given me a home to continue on my jiu-jitsu journey. The environment and vibe of the club makes you feel like you have found where you belong. Best training partners avaliable in the city, great friendly feel and most of all, you are treated like family. I remember I missed a week of class because I was on course with the military and Chris reached out asking if I was ok. This touched me so much. I can't speak highly enough about the club, the training and the friendships I have made there. Most everyone on my side of my recent wedding were from the club. If you are curious about jiu-jitsu, kickboxing or fitness and want a fun, exciting, inclusive environment where everyone is there to help make each other better. This is the place.
