  Great facility to train and staff is really helpful and friendly . Will highly recommend to all parents that are looking to get their kids to into a Great Martial Art as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu that will teach them self control , discipline and how to defend against bullies . They have flexible schedules and Physiotherapy sessions as well .

  I enrolled my daughter with Kronos jiu jitsu to help her with her self discipline, self esteem, and also to learn how to protect herself. Professor, Sophia and the rest of the family have been nothing short of amazing with her. Helping her learn, taking time to show her the right way of doing things. I absolutely would recommend Kronos to all my friends.

  Great place to learn jiujitsu and get a good workout! I’m 32 and have never done jujitsu but Kronos is beginner friendly, and all the students are very welcoming. Being a profesional it’s hard to find time to work out, but there’s always classes throughout the week so it’s perfect. Since I’ve started coming to Kronos, I’ve gotten in better shape, found myself having more energy, have learned jiujitsu, and have gained a lot more confidence!
