  • I joined GSF 7 months ago, and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The instructors are all highly skilled and provide excellent guidance during classes. One of the main reasons for this is the head coach, Lucas Machado. His passion for the sport is immediately apparent, and his expertise is unmatched. He has a keen eye for technique and is always willing to go the extra mile to help his students improve. I am a beginner, but I feel like I am making progress every day thanks to his patient and supportive teaching style. The classes are challenging, but also a lot of fun and very rewarding. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just starting out, I highly recommend GSF for anyone looking to improve their jiu-jitsu skills.

  • Amazing atmosphere. All people are friendly and nice to roll with. I just dropped by to this place while visiting HK. The main coach Marcus welcomed me very nicely and let me do the try-out class! Even lend me a gi. The class was well structured, relaxing and very fun! Totally recommend this gym if you are looking for the place to learn BJJ in HK.

  • Very nice group of people. Provided free trial lesson and even provided gi for free unlike other bjj gyms. During the class there was belt promotion of one of the members and everyone was cheerful. Members guided me through the techniques. Enjoyed the location and overall the quality of the gym

  • 20% higher than it's competitors. Trainers are not all black belt. It's better to train with professional black belts. Easily get injured and over trained in it's Muay Thai classes. Not recommended especially trainers are usually late. Feel like lost 5-10% of class fees due to late classes. No punching bags for Muay Thai classes definitely bad for training. The trainers are some amateur Hong Kong people which don't know how to teach. The place is quite smelly especially small and difficult to change clothes. Reply : 3 months cleaning is more than enough to leave smells in the room. The clothes hanging in the tiny place are too smelly. Always can't shower. As far as I know the muay Thai coach almost never wins in competition. It's very old fashioned way of teaching and better have other coaches in central or mong kok ( more professional and sincere ) to teach.
