    My 9 year old son has been at this gym for 3 1/2 years. He has learned critical thinking skills under pressure, discipline, respect, sportsmanship and teamwork. This gym is not just a gym, it’s family for every single person that walks through the door and they instill core values into the kids that will last a lifetime.

    Our kids love it. We love it. When we first stepped foot inside of the gym 2 years ago, our son was excited. Shortly into his first lesson he started to get anxious and cry (he was 6). Professor Raio, pulled him aside and had him sit with him for the rest of the lesson to ease his nerves. Watching him take our son and work with him as if he was his own son is the reason we have 3 kids training there now. All of the coaches are amazing people and treat our kids like family. Now that they have expanded, there is an area for me to workout in while the kids have their training. We are so thankful God introduced this gym and the people inside of it to us.

    We love Ground Strike! Not only can you learn jiu jitsu and kickboxing, but there’s also a fitness gym with all of the equipment you need to get a full workout in. There’s something for everyone! My son has been taking instruction for jiu jitsu for the past two and a half years and he has gained so much knowledge from Professor and the coaches. It’s more than just learning the sport. He’s gained discipline, respect for himself and others, reverence for God and country, and perseverance. When you are at Ground Strike, you become a part of a family and a community, and you can’t get that just anywhere. This place is special.

    Simply AMAZING!!! We signed up over two years ago, and never looked back. From professional to heart-warming bonds that I will always keep close to our hearts. Our little has ADD, so this has helped him tremendously. We can see how much he has grown through his grades, his discipline at home and in public, and his behavior when it comes to dealing with everyday challenges. The amount of work that has been put into him is beyond what we would have been able to do alone, and far beyond what we were even expecting. We've felt like we finally found the headquarters to the "village" that it takes to raise a child. Definitely would recommend over and over, and wished we had enrolled sooner. Totally affordable, and has plenty of options for all ages.
