  We have been going to Grizzly Training Academy for almost a month and my son absolutely loves it, hes smiling the whole time.....even during the workouts. My son was not a social person nor very active and they have changed that. The coaches are both great teachers and continue to encourage my son. We will be gladly keeping the membership going. You can really see major improvements with each class we attend. Im so proud of the progress my son has made and im very thankful for both coaches!

  Awesome gym!!! Amazing price and perfect hours for after work!! These couches actually love what they do and understand that being a beginner is a real thing and aren’t intimidating at all they’re very patient and take pride in what they do and make sure that what you are doing that you’re doing it correctly so that you don’t get hurt later on they’re very encouraging as well as everybody else that goes to the gym. The whole team is just completely awesome I highly recommend checking out Grizzly Academy for all levels and experiences.

  We originally found Grizzly Training Academy from doing endless search’s of local gyms that included boxing classes for our teens. To our surprise there are not very many at all local to Claremore and the ones that did offer it were quite above budget. Once I called and spoke with Jeff he informed me of how it worked and what great prices they had and they were in our town! Plus the first class is free so yeah we had to go check it out. Right after the first class we signed up immediately. His knowledge and training is exceptional and my teens loved it right off the bat. We’ve been going ever since for boxing specifically M,W,F and they offer other classes as well that are also included with the original fee. They truly work with you, or in my case my teens, to get them where they need to be. Lots of conditioning, specific techniques, person to person and individual training during class to make sure everyone understands and are using the skills taught correctly. Jeff is so great with everyone as the class includes some that are younger than my teens all the way to adults and makes sure to get on each individuals level. Really great guy overall! Super glad we gave them a chance and it’s been well worth it!

  Wild Hogs and Dogs Hicks

  I've been going to boxing at Grizzly Training Academy for several months now, I really enjoy every time I go, put in the effort every week and you will see the improvement, no judgment there, just a great coach and a tough ,enjoyable workout every time...great group of all ages and all levels at Grizzly....I have seen a great improvement in my mental and physical health and look forward to going every time....coach Grizz and coach Larry are incredible and help you at the level you are at. They have built a community where all are accepted.

  I've really enjoyed my time at this gym so far. They have added a decent amount of additional mat space since I first started. The coaches are great and people are tough but friendly.
