Head coach Kris is an absolutely fantastic trainer! With his numerous international competition titles, he not only brings a wealth of experience but also the ability to convey it clearly. The support is first-class – he takes time for everyone, corrects techniques directly, and ensures that everyone progresses. The atmosphere in the team is incredibly friendly; you immediately feel welcome. On top of that, the membership fee is unbeatable by Berlin standards. Absolutely recommended for anyone who wants to learn grappling seriously!
