  Gracie One is the perfect place to bring your children, especially if they are on the younger side. Professor Jeff and coaches Mason and Keagan are all great with kids and have plenty of patience. The 415 class is for ages 3-5 which ensures that your child is with others their age, and not intimidated by older classmates. Very clean, welcoming, and professional environment.

  Literally the best Jiu Jitsu academy Dallas has to offer! Both my boys aged 5 & 4 attend and you can really see the difference in their practice since they started with Gracie one. I highly recommend the professors here, in each class they have older & more advanced students assisting the younger ones. This helps the younger students and at the same time adds confidence to the older ones helping. Genius!

  Our 7 year old started taking classes about 6 months ago. We have seen significant growth in his confidence, focus, discipline, and persistence. The skills he is learning and consistently practicing at GracieOne are transferring to other areas of his life, which is the real win. I have since started taking classes myself and am never looking back 🙂 Our family cannot recommend GracieOne enough. The professors and coaches are educated, passionate, and hold the students accountable in such a kind and respectful manner. We are so happy to be part of this community.

  We love coming to Jiu Jitsu. We’ve seen a new level of confidence in our child and are happy with the results. We’ve been here for two months and can tell the major difference in him. We appreciate the coaches and staff for their readiness to help answer questions and how interactive they are with the children.
