My daughter started at Gracie a little over a year ago and the tremendous improvement in her confidence and physical and emotional skills a testament to Seth's teaching ability. He is gentle but firm and the kids have so much respect for him. I cannot recommend Gracie enough if you are considering jiu jitsu for yourself, your kids, or the whole family!

Great coach, great environment, and best place in VT to get true Gracies jiujitsu lessons for adults and kids.
Meeting Royce Gracie there, 4 years ago or so, was like dream come true and having my kid chance to get pointers by such a legend and be able to train with him was amazing!
I Will keep telling people about this place as they always ask about my t shirts with logo and where the place is so they can try it.
Jiujitsu is life changing and great self defense martial art, in my opinion the best as it has techniques and solutions for all situation you can find your self in.
Private lessons are what is an added bonus, and thats due to great coach who wants to make you learn and teach proper stuff that can be individually tailored to teach you anything if you missed details, during class or just wanna expand on your unique skills.

Our son has been attending Gracie Vermont since he was 3. I have sung Seth’s praises high and to everyone who asks - Seth is truly talented not only in the art of what he does but in transferring that wisdom, practice and sense of belonging to kids. My son looks forward to every class and looks up to Seth as a role model. I cannot recommend this place enough. It’s not just grappling, it’s morals, philosophy, confidence and a sense of belonging and growing. I’m so glad my son has Seth and jiu jitsu in his life! My 5y/o son has been at Gracie Jiu Jitsu learning under Seth coming up on 2 years this January. Really can’t say enough good about Gracie Vermont. Seth is incredible with kids of all abilities. Our family is grateful for the impact he, and Jiu Jitsu has on our boy. We intend to come here for years to come.

Our daughters have been attending classes here for 2 months and we are absolutely impressed! Seth has a gift for instruction. His classes are fun, challenging and informative. The philosophy discussions that Seth has with the kids are top notch. Gracie Jiu Jitsu Vermont is a tremendous value and we enjoy everything about it!
