Been going to BJJ for 6 months or so, mostly to the Santa Cruz Location but saw they have this Gracie Los Gatos location as well, and these guys are awesome. Such a great community and you won’t find a nicer group of people who are stoked about helping others, and teaching simply and passionately. Stephen and Drew are top notch Jiu Jitsu instructors 👊🏼 best of the best

Our really good friends recommended Gracie style of BJJ bc it focuses on self defense and only attack if you need. I have 3 kids age 5,8,10. They are in two separate classes, but basically they run the class similarly but with diff age group. In addition to teaching jiu jitsu moves, I like that they incorporate the 5 rules of Jiu Jitsu in every class, they have themes - current theme is “citizenship, and make it fun— especially for the 5-7yo class. I think they teach great life skills for girls and boys of all ages.

Gracie Jiu-Jitsu was amazing. The instructors were very detailed and clearly super knowledgeable and skilled. The environment was clean. The people were respectful to each other. Loved the experience.

Super prime location for anyone in Los Gatos or Saratoga. Drew and the crew are total pros: super detail-oriented, endlessly patient, and happy to see you progress. The whole vibe is chill, friendly, and supportive, so you feel welcomed from the second you walk in. If you’re after top-notch instruction with a laid-back atmosphere, this place is a no-brainer.

Drew and Christiane greeted us at the door with a smile, ready to help us beginners. The location was nice, parking easy, jiusitsu staff and members, friendly. I had felt a little intimidated going into my first class but that all melted away as Drew introduced us to Jiujitsu and taught us a few basics. He then started the class where we learned and practiced a bit more. Our time was informative, fun and encouraging! Let’s just say, it’s an east decision for us that we’ll be going back!

My 8 yr old daughter likes Gracie’s. She is always smiling when I pick her up
Gracie Saratoga is a superb training center for anyone of any age trying to understand jiu jitsu and begin their journey of mastering the brazilian art form in a style emblematic of the founder and philoshy of helio gracie. Coach Drew and the instructors that accompy him at this training center take there devotion to this art form very seriously and with a ton of passion. There are too many exceptional aspects of this training center i could write 2500 words on the topic if google reviews would let me. If you are in the south bay and you want to learn this skill I could not more highly recommend Gracie Saratoga as your starting point.
We are loving Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Saratoga. The coaches are great with the kids even when kids are unruly, and my son is learning so much about jiu-jitsu as well as life lessons. We are very happy and will send our daughter once she turns 5.

I just started Gracie Combatives program in Gracie Saratoga and I love it! I'm in my 40s, never had any prior experience in any Martial Arts, so I'm pretty much a total jiu-jitsu newbie. I was curious about jiu-jitsu for some time and wanted to start learning some self-defense in case I would ever need it. I was looking for a place that would introduce me to jiu-jitsu in a way that would be safe but also fun. Like probably many people in my situation I had some concerns and I was a little on the fence if I can start training jiu-jitsu at my age. After doing some online research I decided to try Combatives program here in Gracie Saratoga. Right from the beginning, everyone at the gym was very welcoming and friendly. The class was a lot of fun with clear directions and structure. Coaches Drew and Megumi are awesome showing and explaining everything in great detail, and also providing great feedback. It feels safe and very encouraging. And the fact that you can watch videos and prepare for each class ahead of time is awesome. You know what to expect and what you are about to learn in the next class. Overall, my experience so far has been great, not stressful or intimidating at all. I'm super happy that I picked Gracie Saratoga to start my jiu-jitsu journey.

While traveling to CA for business, the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Saratoga Certified Training Center welcomed me and allowed me to train Combatives with their students while I was away from my home CTC. The instructors were knowledgeable, even helped point out key details I would need to focus on for my upcoming combatives belt test. The other students welcomed this visitor with open arms. The facility was clean and modern. I would highly recommend taking a look if your interested in BJJ and like near tue Saratoga, CA area! I will certainly be visiting them on my next trip to the Bay Area in CA.
