  I trained at this Milan location under Coach Francesco and Professor Thiago for a couple of months during my exchange semester. Both instructors and every student in the classes were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend training at this academy if you would like to learn some great BJJ and self-defense techniques! Classes are taught both in Italian and English as well in case you are traveling and wanted to get some training in!

  Very good training with very nice people! I went there for one day since I'm only here for vacation and the teacher was welcoming and the students were respectful. Learned a new technique and rolled very nicely with a couple of people. 10/10 recommend!
