  We’ve had an amazing experience at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Lilydale. My child has been attending jiu-jitsu classes here for 2 months and I couldn’t be more impressed. The trainers are incredibly patient, supportive, and truly know how to work with kids. They create a positive and encouraging environment where each child feels comfortable and motivated to learn. What stands out the most is how the trainers focus on building both skill and confidence, helping the kids not just learn jiu-jitsu but also develop valuable life skills like respect, discipline, and perseverance. It’s clear they genuinely care about each student’s progress, no matter their skill level. The classes are fun and engaging, and my child looks forward to every session. If you're looking for a great jiu-jitsu class for kids with patient, professional trainers, I highly recommend them!

  Highly recommend! My kids are quite anxious and are neurodivergent, they find it hard doing group sports but Amar and Clair have been incredibly gentle and understanding and they create such a safe space for my kids My kids have been very happy attending and totally recommend! Since we started we have felt welcomed and apart of the family! The facilities are always super clean as well and it’s always nice attending weekly

  Training at Gracie’s Jiu-Jitsu Lilydale has been such a great experience. Amar is an amazing instructor – he always takes the time to break down techniques step by step so it actually makes sense, no matter your level. He’s super humble, kind, and creates a really welcoming vibe in every class. The place is also really clean and well looked after, which makes it even better to train here. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

  Very highly recommend coming down and giving Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu a try at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Lilydale! After a few years away from the mats, I was looking for a new place to train, and I was very lucky to find this academy. Amar made my return to the mat a fantastic experience. Everyone is great to train with and the academy has a very welcoming and supportive community. I will be training here for many years to come!
