My two kids 8 years and 12 years old as well my nephew who is 8 years old attend Gracie’s. We have been there for 1 month already. The kid are so happy and look forward to attending classes. The coaches really care about the kids and talk to them respectfully, all while teaching them about self defense. We as parents are extremely happy to have enrolled them. So worth it!!!

Fantastic Jiu-Jitsu techniques, instructors, and more. The classes are sometimes tough but you’ll always walk away with either better technique or knowing more moves than you did before you entered. The coaches are fantastic when working with others and are really friendly on top of that. Overall would really recommend.

We absolutely love this place. Coach Basel is just incredible with kids, patient, encouraging and truly gifted at connecting with them. Coach John is awesome, and together they create such a positive, welcoming environment. I’ve rarely seen my kids so comfortable and confident around other adults. Thank you for not only teaching them Jiu Jitsu but also teaching good values, discipline, and respect. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a place where their kids can grow, learn, and thrive.

I can’t recommend this place enough! The instructor and everyone here are incredibly respectful, welcoming, and knowledgeable. It's an excellent environment for anyone looking to begin their journey in martial arts, especially for kids. They do a fantastic job of keeping the Gracie tradition of self-defense at the core of their teaching, which truly sets you up to become a well-rounded and prepared jiu-jitsu student for the long run. Whether you're young or just young at heart, this school offers an outstanding experience for all age groups. The classes are well-structured, the energy is always positive, and the atmosphere is very family-oriented. If you're considering starting jiu-jitsu, this is the place to be!

I had to opportunity to visit Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Boca Raton this week from another gym and I had an amazing experience. Of course the gym has all the elements I have come to enjoy from the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, with the awesome atnosphere that is unique to Boca. The instructors and students were very warm, enthusiastic, energetic and welcoming. Participant safety and technique is paramount in this system so I recommend giving it a try for anyone interested in learning.

I am a college student who, for months, had been contemplating giving Jiu-Jitsu a try, but was overwhelmed by the sheer number of MMA gyms around the Boca Raton area. Gracie Barra, Carlson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, Master XYZ's Jiu Jitsu Academy... how do I make a decision?? However, I had recently heard about this Gracie Combatives program after watching Rener Gracie's appearance on the Jocko Podcast and thought, why not? I did some research and stumbled upon Gracie Boca Raton, the ONLY place in the area I could find that offered Combatives. It's now five and a half months later, and I can confidently say that I made the right decision! For starters, unlike your average MMA gym where you're thrown into sparring with no experience and little technique instruction, Gracie Combatives teaches you the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in great detail, while keeping true to the self-defense applications taught by Grandmaster Hélio Gracie, himself. On top of that, the classes are fun and prefect for any age. The instructors here at Gracie Boca Raton are TOP NOTCH and everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their clear passion for this wonderful art has inspired me to live the Jiu-Jitsu lifestyle both on and off the mats. So, if you are looking to learn Jiu-Jitsu the right way, and in a safe, fun environment, Gracie Boca Raton is the place for you!! I guarantee you won't find anything else like it around!

I've been taking this class for two years now, only 1-2 days a week and love every time I revisit the Dojo. Can't speak more highly. These classes are structured and organized, and welcome to all levels of experience. I know a lot of students have an awesome time in the kid version, and as for adult, it's a friendly atmosphere that really trains the body to master each technique. Real props to the coaches!

I recently started in the Gracie Combative's program at Gracie Boca Raton. So far the classes have been way more than I expected. Coach John & Basel are amazing coaches and I have begun picking up the principles and lessons much quicker than I thought I would. The video supplement online classes are a great bonus I use after each class to re-enforce what I've learned from class. Lastly, Gracie Boca Gym has been very welcoming family and though I only recently started I think I may have found my home away from home! Bottom line I am extremely glad I took the leap and joined Gracie Boca and look forward to training every time I go. Just do it!!!

I've attended Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Boca Raton since it opened on September 29, 2022. It has 3 certified instructors. Since the head instructor is a black belt, it's a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu level IV certified training center and a great place to learn self-defense (street) Jiu-Jitsu.

We put our 7-year-old daughter in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu’s Bullyproof program about a year ago and watched her transform every week in such a positive way. She learned how to stand up for herself; it was such an amazing thing to witness! She uses the skills she learns in class on a daily basis. The coaches are so amazing and such a positive influence on the kids, and they treat everyone like family. I would 100% recommend them!!
