I absolutely love their program !! I can’t say enough about the instructors and the environment in every single class. It truly builds a community/family and we all support each other’s accomplishments. It has helped build my confidence and sense of security while going out alone. I am glad that I am in a position where I am able to help new students now and there is no better feeling than being able to do the same for them. Will always recommend anyone to try it at least once I promise you will be welcomed with a smile and open arms and will 100% want to come back!!

GJJ Arlington is an excellent martial arts academy! The instructors are professional, detailed, and friendly! The Gracie JJ (GJJ) program is superior to most Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ) schools that are highly unstructured and focus on advanced students. The GJJ program is a structured curriculum enabling the student to track progress and knows ahead what techniques they'll be learning each week. It's very logical! My experience at other BJJ schools was not impressive, they don't have a planned/organized curriculum and they had beginners with limited techniques sparring/rolling with advanced, which greatly increases the injury risk. GJJ teaches beginners the fundamentals first, which reduces injury risk, and is focused on teaching self defense, not geared towards sport/competitions. To conclude, GJJ Arlington is the best jiu-jitsu school I've experienced and i would recommend it to anyone wanting to begin jiu-jitsu or resume jiu-jitsu!
