We seek to train the body, mind and spirit through the highest level of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction here in Sydney. We envision it is a vehicle for individual development and the strengthening of the family spirit, going beyond the winning losing or contest philosophy. Gracie Barra Sydney Brazilian Jiu Jitsu represents discipline, wellness, family, respect and so much more for anyone wanting to embrace the Jiu Jitsu lifestyle. Our programs are specifically targeted to men, women and kids. We have developed extensive experience training fighters & competitors.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We started at this gym in December last year, and it's been an exceptional experience. Although we don't have family here, we've been welcomed like one of their own. My kids absolutely adore Adriano—he's a brilliant coach and a fantastic role model. I can't speak highly enough of him. We love the place and highly recommend it!

    Coach Martin is an extremely gentle, understanding and caring instructor who will, and does, go above and beyond for his students both old and young. My husband started at GB Orange and soon after, the kids (9yrs and 7 yrs) and I all joined as well. We all love it. The facilities are thoroughly cleaned and cared for, making it a very pleasant and safe place to roll. The team is also very accepting and encouraging, making it a great place to learn. Overall my family's experience here at GB Orange has been amazing and I would certainly recommend it to anyone and everyone, all ages and all fitness levels!!!

    Gracie Barra are the leaders in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. The Orange team are so dedicated and treat the members like family. Brazilian jiu-jitsu is great for improving gross motor skills, core strength, following instructions and motor planning, making it a great activity for children. The gym is sensory friendly and the instructors have a great understanding of how to communicate with children and how to gently provide discipline and coaching. As of July 2023, they now have a very experienced black belt Professor Adriano, a world class instructor! Absolutely recommend. We also had a birthday party with them which was so easy and fun!

    Walking into a male dominated martial art was an incredibly daunting idea for me, however Martin, as well as everyone else have been nothing but welcoming and encouraging at every point in my BJJ journey. The space is incredibly clean, and well maintained. Martin is an incredible coach and helps adapt methods to help each individual use it to the best of their ability. I am incredibly proud to consider myself a part of the Gracie Barra Orange family, and can’t imagine learning anywhere else
