Jiu Jitsu not only teaches you about self-defence, self-confidence or increases your fitness level. We all are aware of these benefits. What we are not aware of is that BJJ has the potential to make you a better son, a better friend, a better partner, a better human being overall when you learn how to bring the values you learn on the mat to your daily basis. For that, the environment you are going to practice is very important. If the goal is not only be a good fighter but be the best person you can be, you find it here. A place where your individuality is respected, your growth is fully supported, and very committed and studious coaches who really focus on the student progress. You will find train partners that welcome you as brothers and sisters and take care of each other, you will have a new family to support you through the ups and downs of life.

Our daughter was apprehensive about learning BJJ. But from day 1 she has loved the training at Gracia Barra and that is because of the family environment that the club has created. The ethos and core values that club promotes are equal in standard to the high quality of the BJJ training. Lots of similar aged, size and skilled girls to train with. We couldn’t be happier that she has found this club.

We truly appreciate the hard work that's been put up by all the coaches. My children look forward to each n every class with great zeal. Jiu Jitsu has helped them develop a strong character which benefits them to set their goals for life with a clear picture and become responsible for their actions. It has taught them to act in pressure with calmness and composure in enduring their objectives. Once again thanks to the whole team of Jiu-Jitsu for always encouraging and cheering children.

Since 2 years old my daughter comes to jiu jitsu and now my 1 year old is crazy to start it too. We love the lessons. The coaches are incredible. They are really sensitive to kids feelings. They teach with real love. I wish all kids could come here. It's really the best place I could get for my girls!
