    The best part of the instructions is they are well thought out, detail-oriented, and chained together, including warmups. Greg competes in well-respected international tournaments and keeps up with the latest developments in BJJ techniques. He has multiple years of experience teaching adult and kids' classes, both gi and no-gi style, and with students at various levels. Another amazing part of the classes is the training partners; many are actively competing. They are always ready to provide feedback during training and genuinely want the best for others. Greg fosters a welcoming environment. I love going to the classes for both learning skills and getting healthier. I feel lucky to learn and consistently roll with the Black Belt holder who competes internationally.

    Very knowledgeable instructor and positive environment. Greg has been training over a decade and actively competes in high level and pro divisions. Because of this, his program incorporates the latest techniques and strategies.
