    Alfred is a great coach, person, and friend. The impact he has on his community and people around him is unmatched. The man is not afraid of hard work and knows how to share that mentality to the younger generations while building confidence and self esteem in the kids he coaches. Give coach Walker a chance, you won’t regret it!

    Alfred does a great job insuring that he has provided a fun and safe place to learn boxing/mma. My son has been taking lessons for almost a year and loves it!! Definitely a great place for kids or adults to learn the sport from an expert.

    Facility is very clean and organized. Instructor clearly knows his stuff. He is VERY patient with my 8 year old son who is new to sports and exercise. I'm glad we chose to go.
