    Great gym with amazing coaches that work well with kids of all skill levels. Kids program has been a great confidence booster for both my children. Their programs allow for great support in skill development whether beginner or advanced.

    My kids and I have been going to forca for 6 years now for BJJ and Muay Thai and plan to go for many more to come. They started at 5 & 7 years old. My son has now travelled and competed internationally with podium finishes every time which I believe really shows the committed the team has for their students. Amazing coaches and community. Would highly recommend!

    I’m a blue belt and have been training at Força for about 6 months now. I’ve trained at many gyms around the world and Força definitely qualifies as one of the best I’ve ever been to! World class Bjj coaching, super friendly atmosphere, great mat area for grappling, tons of bags and equipment for Muay Thai, and very good prices. Definitely recommend! 🔥

    Started training Muay Thai here a few weeks ago and I’m absolutely Loving it! I’ve never trained any martial arts before so I was a bit unsure what the experience would be like but this is a place where anyone would feel comfortable to start or continue training. The one hour class is an amazing workout and I really feel like I’m improving and learning a lot already. Highly recommend anyone who’s interested in Muay Thai gives Força a go. Not only are the trainers amazing and friendly but the people training here are equally as friendly and helpful when you’re a beginner like me. I’m going to try their Jujitsu classes next!

    I can't in good conscience give anything less than five stars. I'm nearing two months at the gym here, and it's been truly an amazing experience. Muay Thai and BJJ have no better home outside of their respective countries than at força.
