I've had a thoroughly positive experience here. While the gym is quite small, the small group size means you receive an above-average level of attention and support. Basti is both a very competent and motivating trainer, as well as a warm and friendly person. There's an open and very pleasant atmosphere, even within the training group. The skill levels are mixed, but the classes are well-adapted to that. 👍 I can wholeheartedly recommend Flow.
