  I've been training at Fightzone Remagen for four years now. I also experience the relaxed, friendly atmosphere that's been mentioned so often at every training session. Coach Patrick does an amazing job of recognizing the potential of each individual team member and nurturing their individual strengths. This leads to rapid progress, which greatly increases the enjoyment of training. Another factor contributing to this rapid progress is the daily training schedule. What other gym offers multiple training sessions per day, Monday through Friday, for this price? This makes it ideal for shift workers or those whose schedules can change at short notice. I recommend everyone try BJJ at least once, and I wholeheartedly recommend Fightzone Remagen under Coach Patrick!

  The FSFSV (Freestyle Fighting Club) around Patrick Groß is probably the most pleasant and family-friendly gym in the entire area. Aside from the fact that the gym is very well equipped, clean, and well-maintained, you can see a lot of attention to detail and quality, such as the rolling mats. Everyone is super friendly; not knuckleheads with huge egos, but more like a small family who even come to the gym to hang out. Patrick himself is the most passionate coach I've had the pleasure of meeting; he lives BJJ and comes to the gym for his competitors even on his days off. I would wholeheartedly recommend the gym to everyone!

  I'm absolutely thrilled with Fightzone Remagen! Since I started training here, I've experienced a tremendous improvement in my skills and physical fitness. The coaches are not only highly qualified and experienced, but also very dedicated and help everyone achieve their goals. I would particularly like to emphasize the coaches' expertise and ability to individually encourage and support each trainee, whether they're a budding competitor, a professional, or a hobbyist. They create an atmosphere where you feel comfortable and safe to push your limits and learn new skills. Fightzone Remagen itself is a modern and well-equipped martial arts school that offers a variety of courses and training sessions. From BJJ and Muay Thai to kickboxing, self-defense, and even an ice bath—there's something for everyone here. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is always friendly and supportive. What impressed me most, however, is the strong community that has developed here. The trainees are all very friendly and supportive of one another, which is a great feeling. It's truly a family, and I feel very lucky to be a part of it. Overall, I highly recommend Fightzone Remagen. If you're looking for a professional and supportive martial arts school that can help you achieve your goals, then you've come to the right place.

  Great, Patrick the trainer and owner is a brand in himself. My wife and I have been training there for several years now. Even though we no longer live locally, we consciously accept the long journey to train there. Thanks to the 10-card cards, other people come to visit again and again years later and it gives us as parents the opportunity to train as the time suits us. All performance classes are represented. While you can push yourself to the limit in competition training, at the Open Mat you can also practice technique in peace or just switch off mentally. What is also very pleasant is that Patrick always makes sure that everything stays harmonious, so aggressive bullies can stay at home. All performance, age and weight classes are represented. It's best to make a trial training appointment and try it out for yourself.
