  Great gym with a great atmosphere. Very much a 'leave your ego at the door' sort of vibe. Beginner friendly and everyone gets treated with respect. Some of the best coaches in the whole country, with a very impressive all-around training program

  Amazing Gym! The Kickboxing is Glory level, something that is to consider since this is a MMA gym. The Jiu Jitsu is top class and is given by experienced coaches. And the wrestling is insane, the dutch national coach and a UFC freestyle coach. It can’t really get higher level than this in Netherlands, maybe even Europe

  Been here for 1.5 years. People are very welcoming to beginners. Coaches are all top tier in their respective field. After a 1.5 year it is a team that feels like a family. For international people that don’t speak Dutch(like me) don’t be afraid. Most classes are english and your partners will translate small things for you.
