  I have been practicing BJJ in this club for almost a year, and I am very happy with it: Professor José is passionate and very attentive to help the practitioners develop, the lessons are very well structured with technical approach and combat in each session mixing all levels, and the room is spacious and in great condition! I highly recommend Can’t wait to be back on the tatami!!

  I have been registered since November 2022 and I have no regrets. I discovered this sport which was explained to us by our Sensei José in a fun and martial way. Many lesson times offered, even during school holidays. For the course itself, after a good warm-up, we study the technique before moving on to technical and then free attacks, a method allowing us to work on our learning of the day and of previous times. This sport presents a very heterogeneous population and in our course we start from 15 years old to 50, ideal for training with different profiles (young, thin, tall, strong, etc.) Overall, the courses are very, very intense, informative and with a good atmosphere. It’s my first gripping sport and I don’t regret choosing FIGHT FOR JIU JITSU. I recommend it !!
