Literally the best place to learn self defence for both boys and girls. The teacher Mr ashok is really very down to earth and teach everything from their heart. I recommend that everyone should learn a little self defence, despite your age. And it's also a very good fitness option.

It is one of the best academy for martail arts in Delhi. I have learnt a lot under Ashok Sir's guidence in last 1 year. He is a true legend in MMA with excellent teaching skills.
