FaMA is a great BJJ gym with great people who are professional and passionate about the sport! We truly appreciate their friendliness and hospitality especially at their open mats and even at competitions! Thank you and keep it up folks!

One of the best Jiujitsu gym in Singapore. I have been training with them for more than 8 years now (as of this writing). The level of instruction, friendliness of all staff, cleanliness are excellent. The community built by FAMA over the years is strong and family-centered. The kids program developed by FAMA is truly enjoyable. In my years of training with them, each class I attended is taught by one of the 3 main blackbelt instructors. Professors Robyn, Thiago, and Zoro have a vast knowledge in the art. Even now as a blackbelt myself, I'm still picking their brains and still discover a lot of things in Jiujitsu. The gym is near to the central area, and this is obviously the top choice if you live / work / study nearby.

I took my young daughters, ages 4 and 5, to their first class today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The instructors maintained a positive environment balanced with discipline and high standards. Handling 20 young kids with varying skill levels and attention spans is challenging, but the three instructors made it both fun and engaging. My eldest daughter was moved up to the next age group level, becoming the youngest in her class. Initially, she was overwhelmed by the new drills and instructions, and was nearly in tears. However, after a pep talk from dad, she agreed to continue. One of the female instructors dedicated her time to ensure my daughter understood the instructions and, most importantly, had fun. By the end of the class, she was sparring confidently, executing takedowns and reversals with a big smile on her face. I’m thrilled she persevered and received such supportive support. If you have young children who need a challenging yet safe environment, this is the perfect place.

Been here since they started. I found FAMA by chance and I believe I totally got lucky as I don’t think the community they have created could be more welcoming, passionate and full of highly skilled coaches. I don’t have much experience with other gyms but the knowledge of BJJ here is most likely more than what you can handle. What’s even more impressive is that they are highly skilled at making sure they transfer their knowledge to you at whatever pace you can take it at. But the real kicker is that the vibe is always welcoming, laid back and friendly. Plus I’ve never seen so many black belts congregating in one place before. It sounds intimidating but the atmosphere is always calibrated to exactly the experience you want. I frankly don’t see why you shouldn’t take up their free trial offer. If you’re in town drop by and you’ll see just what I mean.
