Avoid this gym at all costs. I’ve traveled extensively, trained in many places, but this one left the worst impression I’ve ever had. Not because of the facilities — those can break and be fixed — but because of the complete absence of customer care, professionalism, and basic human decency. Let me explain: I paid 9,630 THB (~$280) for a full month of Muay Thai, gym access, and Jiujitsu. One week later, I had unexpected health issues and asked to adjust my package and refund part of it — I didn’t ask for much, just around 3,000 baht, a very fair deal considering I hadn’t used most of the services (only Muay Thai). The reply, via staff, from the owner was: “You can cancel, no refund. Bye.” I didn’t argue. I chose to freeze the membership instead, hoping to come back. But when I did return (2 weeks later), the gym was literally under reconstruction after an earthquake — floors broken, machines out of place, dirty, chaotic (see photos). I asked the manager again if anything could be done, since the membership I paid for clearly couldn’t be “unlimited” in such conditions. He said he’d ask the owner. I never heard back. No message, no offer, no negotiation. Silence. At that point, it was clear: You’re on your own in this gym. If something goes wrong — your health, an accident, or even natural disaster — you’re not just unsupported, you’re actively ignored. As for the training: 1. Muay Thai: felt more like cardio than actual fighting technique. No structure, no depth. 2. Jiujitsu: the only positive note, thanks to the Russian coaches. 3. Gym itself: hot, outdated, and at times borderline unsafe. My only hope is that the owner reinvests the money not into marketing, but into basic business education or even psychological training on how to deal with people. It’s badly needed. P.S. I expect the usual aggressive reply from the owner under this review. That alone will confirm everything I wrote above. The gym is unbearably hot, with barely working fans and poor ventilation. There’s no monthly membership option, meaning you’re forced to pay a full year upfront, and pausing your membership is not allowed—which is ridiculous. Having lived in Bangkok for years, I can say with confidence that Jetts or Fitness First are much better choices. They have multiple locations across Thailand, better maintenance, and actual coaches available for weight training. As for Muay Thai, it’s overpriced. You’ll quickly realize this after training at other camps in Thailand. Also, the vibe here is nowhere near as welcoming as other gyms. Some trainers come off as arrogant, and I never felt the authentic, respectful spirit needed to teach and share Muay Thai properly. If you want a gym, go to a real gym. If you want real Muay Thai training, go to a real camp. 👉 Save your money and train elsewhere. I forgot to specify, the owner is arrogant and completely rejects criticism. No need to reply.

Visiting Bangkok for the first time so wanted to try a Muay Thai class. Instructors were so helpful and supportive, and basically gave 1:1 coaching as I was totally new to the sport. Really good experience for beginners/amateurs, but there are lots of other classes too for more those experienced.

This is the best place I have ever been for a gym with absolutely everything in 1 spot only for serious training. The Muy Thai and boxing classes are fabulous, full of energy, and well structured for all levels. The boxing ring is outdoor on a rooftop with view of the city. The facility has an amazing weight lifting and brand new machine with an area focused on functional training, conditioning and crossfit equipment. Theres another area with infinity pool, bar and rooftop. I could just go on about this place. Thank you to all the staffs and owners for making my 3 weeks stay in Thailand the best experience. Wow absolutely amazing guys!

Elite Training Center is a clean, modern gym with great equipment, MMA cages, pool, and sauna. Muay Thai and MMA classes are intense and well structured. Trainers are experienced and push you hard. Best for intermediate or advanced levels – beginners may find it a bit fast. Convenient BTS access and nice gym vibe. Overall: a solid choice for serious fitness or combat sport training in Bangkok.”
