I dropped in at Elements Fitness while visiting Canberra and was blown away by how welcoming everyone was. The coaches—both resident and guest—were phenomenal, and the local members were just as kind and encouraging. Even as a newcomer, I felt included and supported. A great spot for anyone, whether you’re just starting out or already experienced.

I had the pleasure of training at Elements Fitness & Martial Arts yesterday morning and it was a fantastic experience. Simon Le is an outstanding instructor—clear, articulate and highly knowledgeable in his teaching. The students were incredibly welcoming and made the session even more enjoyable. The facility itself is state-of-the-art and the location couldn’t be more convenient—just a 5-minute walk from my stay at the Novotel in Canberra City. I only wish I had time for more sessions, as one visit wasn’t enough. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.

I was in Canberra on business a few weeks ago. I found the gym was within easy walking distance from my hotel and reached out to the owner via their website. The response was quick and welcoming. I was able to drop in for BJJ fundamentals and Judo on multiple days. The gym is full of people who train hard and the coaching staff is top notch. Thank you so much for letting me drop in while I was away from home. Hands down if I'm ever back in town I am going back! 5 stars!

I was in Canberra for a week and somehow was lucky enough to have Elements close by my hotel. I dropped in for both an open mat and a class, I had an excellent time! Having both night and morning classes was super convenient and one of the black belts, Eugene, was just the nicest dude. I try to hit up gyms whenever I travel (which is a decent amount), Elements is absolutely one of my favorite places I’ve ever dropped in on. Facilities are clean, heaps of space to roll, and a good diversity of training partners all make for an excellent time.

Elements Fitness and Martial Arts is a great place to work on yourself in an environment that has a friendly culture that welcomes all. I go 3 days a week and I always feel welcome by the great and highly skilled coaches and members within this community. Highly recommend to anyone as Elements has great depth of martial arts classes ranging from beginner to competitive and advanced.
