Great jiu-jitsu club! The atmosphere is really friendly, everyone is there to progress and help each other. The courses are very well structured: we learn the techniques precisely and we also see how to apply them realistically, whether for competitions or for personal defense. If you are looking for a place to seriously progress while having a good time, I highly recommend!
Posted 4 months agoAlain has created a club where you feel at home (with added aches 😜). The family spirit that reigns there has been preserved following the passing of the torch to Gaëtan who has clearly found his way and who devotes himself body and soul to making the samurai apprentices suffer, with a smile. So don’t hesitate, for jiu, only one address: JIU VDS! 🤩🤩🤩
Posted 9 months agoMy 6 year old daughter started in September and I'm impressed with what she's learned since then. Plus, the teachers are super nice. A very family club and it allowed my daughter to gain confidence in these abilities and improve her concentration. I recommend ++++
Posted 9 months agoFamily club where good humor is guaranteed. The teachers are patient and the explanations clear. My son is thriving and getting stronger there!
Posted 10 months agoThis is the best club you could train at. Sportingly it’s at the top. We push our limits, there is no such thing as fatigue! It’s very realistic, in the street what we learn we can use to defend ourselves. Come learn how your body can be a weapon on its own!! In terms of personal development, it’s crazy too. We learn to think about what we do, it’s not just a matter of watching and repeating. Understanding what we do and why we do it is essential. We also acquire a great discipline which helps us in everyday life. That’s all there is to the mind! It’s not just a club you would go to twice a week. Each time it is a family meeting because much more than a club, JIU VDS is a big and beautiful family. Do you think it's too late to start? JIU VDS shows you that you don't have to have grown up on the tatami to be able to become incredible on it. Whether it is passion or leisure, you will find what you are looking for there. It’s an incredibly welcoming club! The sensei who directs it is very down to earth, there is no marked superiority and respect is guaranteed. As he says so well “the belt is only used to hold the judogi pants”.
