Coach kei and coach mj are excellent instructor.Our daughter has improved her jiu jitsu and thoroughly loves going to class every tuesday and Thursday. Watching her has also resparked my interest in martial arts and i will be starting soon. Would highly recommend for anyone new or trying to improve

Instructors are great. Amazing with kids. They push you to be the best you. Most motivational atomsphere there can be.
